Do you remember my post about how cool it is that you can freeze your old bananas till you're ready to use them?
Well I've gone overboard. My freezer is so full of bananas that I can't open the door without getting pelted, whacked or even showered in frozen bananas!
I think it's time for some serious baking!

It's a serious danger. Bananas have a way of disappearing into your freezer and then ATTACKING you when you least expect it!
At one point I had two roommates, each of whom would buy a bunch of bananas every time she went to the grocery store, and neither of whom would ever eat more than two out of a bunch. I think the presence of multiple banana buyers in the apartment helped to diminish their perceived responsibility for eating the bananas themselves.
Anyway, they'd get brown, I'd put them in the freezer, and then we'd start again.
We ate a lot of banana bread that semester.
